Job Description
Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. seeks two experienced Closers for Forex sales at ISE Tower, Islamabad. This full-time role requires leading a sales team, converting warm leads into active Forex traders, closing high-value accounts, and ensuring consistent client deposits and activations.
- Lead and coach sales executives; coordinate with lead generators
- Convert and retain high-net-worth clients; achieve minimum 12 closures/month
- Upsell premium packages; handle objections and negotiate deals
- Requirements: 2–3 years Forex closing experience, strong market and platform knowledge, excellent negotiation and leadership skills; English required, Arabic advantageous
- Compensation: PKR 150,00–200,00 fixed, uncapped commissions, performance incentives
