Job Description
Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for finding top talent in the call center industry? AKIT BPO is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to lead our recruitment for call center agents in our Final Expense Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified call center agents.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of call center recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
