Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and monitor the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LABSA production equipment operations.
- Quickly troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment assessments.
- Work collaboratively to enhance shift efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in chemical plant operations; LABSA experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
