AK Graphic is excited to announce an opportunity for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents for the night shift at our Gulberg II, Lahore location. In this dynamic role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing customers with product information and assistance while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
• Deliver accurate information about products and services
• Maintain and update customer records in our database
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• 2-3 months of experience preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in English communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
