Job Description
As a Customer Success Associate, you will guide new customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, and resolve inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will manage accounts in our CRM, monitor success metrics such as CSAT and NPS, and coordinate with Sales and Product teams. The role requires proactively identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have one to two years in customer service or client-facing roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
