Job Description
AIT Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to aid our offices with essential functions such as data entry, document processing, and overall management. In this role, you will address client inquiries via email, chat, and telephone, providing outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with agents to prepare quotes and proposals, managing appointments and calendars, and accurately processing insurance claims. You will also be tasked with maintaining client records, conducting product research, and supporting marketing efforts, including social media management.
