Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Collect and accurately input booking information.
- Use dispatch software for job assignments.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with UK geography is a plus.
