Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in General Trade management within an FMCG company
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail development to meet sales targets.
- Grow business across LMTs, Super Stores, Mini Marts, and Tuck Shops.
- Expand institutional sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and effective retail operations.
- Monitor sales performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
