Achha Foods is looking for a qualified Senior IT Executive to oversee our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide software and ERP support while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network-related issues.
- Offering technical support for dairy-specific software solutions.
- Managing databases and producing Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Conducting training sessions for employees on IT protocols.
- Implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT support within the FMCG sector is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
