Job Description
ABS is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, source and engage top-tier talent, conduct comprehensive interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. Strong communication skills and familiarity with recruitment tools are essential.
We offer a competitive salary starting from Rs70,00.00 per month, along with health benefits and professional development opportunities. Shift timings are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Females Only) and 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
