Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our Human Resources team. This position is essential for managing recruitment processes, onboarding, employee record-keeping, and benefits administration to support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Support training initiatives and HR documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: In-person
