Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment during night shifts at our Karachi offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulstan-e-Johar. This role is crucial in driving our strategic hiring initiatives to foster organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to job offer negotiations.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
- Manage onboarding processes and employee development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition with ATS knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be available for night shifts.
