Job Summary: ABS International seeks an HR Executive with a focus on Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment and HR functions during the evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Simplify onboarding processes.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Provide support for employee relations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for evening shifts.
