Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 40,00 – PKR 45,00/month + PKR 20,00 in incentives
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Night shifts: 6PM-2AM or 10PM-6AM PKT)
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships.
- Promote the company’s products on a global scale.
- Collaborate effectively to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in international customer service.
- Exceptional command of professional English.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
