ABS International is seeking a dedicated Call Center Compliance Officer to join our team. In this crucial role, you will ensure that our operations comply with legal standards during night shifts. Responsibilities include designing compliance policies, mitigating risks through monitoring and audits, and conducting PCI DSS/GDPR compliance audits.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in call center compliance, a strong understanding of BPO regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and availability for night shifts.
