Job Description

Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month + uncapped incentives
Locations: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shift Options: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (Monday-Saturday)
Earn up to PKR 200,00/month!
Key Responsibilities:
– Address international customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
– Keep comprehensive records of all interactions.
– Maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
– Basic computer and typing skills.
– Availability for night shifts (Monday-Saturday).
– (Experience preferred but not mandatory)
