Job Summary: Abbott Laboratories is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Production to assist the Manager in overseeing manufacturing and dispensing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing and dispensing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
- Meet operational deadlines and enhance processes.
- Assist in the measurement of key performance indicators (KPI) and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications: A graduate degree in Science or a Master’s degree (Pharm D preferred), along with 3-4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.
