Job Description
Abacus Consulting—BPO, a leader in delivering innovative business solutions for over 35 years, is on the lookout for a dedicated Team Lead in Islamabad. This role focuses on managing operations, enhancing employee engagement, and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team operations while ensuring adherence to policies and performance metrics.
- Inspire team members and effectively manage shift schedules.
- Facilitate team meetings and address operational challenges as they arise.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a call center, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential.
Working Hours: This position involves rotational shifts (9 hours) with two days off each week.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
