Job Description
Shift Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Time)
Abacus Outsourcing invites enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our International Campaign aimed at the UAE market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
