Job Description

Abacus Consulting—BPO is on the lookout for a talented Social Media Team Lead to join our Jazz Cash team in Islamabad. This position demands exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to ensure operational excellence and foster team engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Lead team activities, inspire staff, assign tasks, hold meetings, manage conflicts, create social media strategies, and analyze campaign performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Social Media Management, excellent communication skills, experience as a Team Lead in a BPO setting, and proficiency with relevant tools.
