Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills. This is an onsite position with flexible scheduling options available for morning, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in international customer support or call centers is a plus.
