Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to enhance our customer interactions and support. In this role, you will:
- Engage with customers to provide and process information regarding our products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Timely communicate and resolve any service-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience to achieve high Quality Assurance scores.
Salary: Up to 75,00/-; Medical facilities provided; US timings; Full-time position.
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
