Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate and build relationships to enhance service competitiveness.
- Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience leading to high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
What We Seek:

- The ability to communicate technical information simply.
Requirements: A Levels/Intermediate or above, excellent written and verbal English communication, and a neutral or American accent.
Salary: Up to Rs75,00.00 per month with medical benefits. Full-time position with US timings.
