Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information regarding inquiries and concerns about products/services.
- Build relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Timely communicate and resolve any service-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience for a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.
Qualifications:
- Collaborative mindset and customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Neutral or American accent preferred.
Salary & Benefits: Up to 75,00/-, Medical Facility.
Job Type: Full-time, US timings (5 days a week).
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
