Job Description
A.R. Brothers is urgently looking for a confident and articulate Call Centre Agent to enhance our customer support team. This position is remote but requires some on-site presence. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach for managing both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to incoming calls and inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate information and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve performance targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred.
