Job Description
Hamson Inc. is looking for a committed System Support Engineer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver vital technical assistance for system-related challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolutions. Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and business applications. Additionally, you will manage user accounts through Active Directory and perform system monitoring along with routine maintenance tasks.
