Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi company expanding its services to Pakistan, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Islamabad, located near E11. Ideal candidates will possess experience in handling UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking processes. Proficiency with the Icabbi system is a valuable advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Deliver accurate quotations to customers and efficiently allocate bookings to drivers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
Salary: Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs. 60,00.00 to Rs. 90,00.00, plus overtime opportunities. Preferably, candidates should have 1-2 years of experience. The position requires a minimum 9-hour shift, with a flexible schedule.
