Job Description
Location: Karachi
Compensation: PKR 150K – 170K + Commission + Other Incentives
HRSG is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Call Centers or the Beauty/Aesthetics Industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team towards achieving targets.
- Nurture and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements: A BBA/MBA or equivalent is required, along with 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly within Call Centers or the Beauty Industry.
