Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Nazimabad office. The preferred candidate will have exceptional communication skills, especially in spoken English, and will be prioritized if they possess proficiency in Excel and have prior experience in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering accurate and satisfactory solutions.
- Address customer needs according to their specifications.
- Effectively de-escalate conflicts with dissatisfied customers, providing compassionate support.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or higher educational qualification.
