Job Description
Arc Inventador is looking for a highly qualified Customer Support Representative to assist our valued US-based customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills in American English and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to US clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications: Proficiency in American English is required; prior experience in customer support is preferred.
Job Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Location: On-site
