Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will:
- Assess inbound and outbound calls associated with our medical campaign to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verify the authenticity of leads and maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
- Identify areas for improvement in call handling and service delivery, providing constructive feedback to elevate quality.
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to address performance gaps, fostering continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
