Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is seeking qualified candidates for the role of International Customer Support within our Voice Program.
Position Details:
- Title: International Customer Service
- Program: Voice
- Shifts: Morning & Night
- Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM & 9 PM to 6 AM
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, document all interactions, and collaborate to improve service delivery.
Qualifications: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
