Job Description
Optimum Advisory is in search of a motivated Shipping and Forwarding Sales Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving targets and broadening our customer network. The role encompasses setting clear sales objectives, managing pricing strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring customer retention while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). You will cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver weekly sales activity reports to enhance team performance.
Required Skills: We seek an individual with an outgoing personality who possesses excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the shipping and forwarding industry is essential.
Location: Lahore | Salary: 100,00 to 120,00 PKR
