Job Description
The First Law is actively seeking a Client Service Representative to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
