Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Coordination Specialist to join our team at our Johar-town, G4 location. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, facilitating effective communication and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting follow-ups, resolving issues, and actively promoting client engagement. Additionally, you will maintain and update client records within our CRM system and work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software are essential.
