Job Description
Noah Tech is actively searching for a proactive Client Communications Analyst to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will review email correspondence, analyze client behaviors, assess agent responses, and compile reports aimed at optimizing communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine interactions between clients and agents via email.
- Identify trends in client behavior.
- Evaluate the quality of agent responses.
- Develop comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively to improve client satisfaction.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
