Job Description
Sunder is looking for a qualified Factory Supervisor to join our rubber manufacturing facility located near Sundar Estate. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants residing near the factory. A minimum of intermediate education is required, along with at least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Duties: Responsibilities include supervising production processes, leading team members, ensuring product quality, conducting equipment maintenance checks, and managing loading operations.
Shift: 12 hours; Job Type: Full-time; Salary: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
