Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is actively seeking a committed Technical Support Level 1 professional to enhance our team. In this role, you will promptly and professionally address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues related to our SaaS platform and assisting customers with their account setup.
This position requires working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time. It is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary ranging from Rs90,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
