Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to significantly contribute to the management of our daily pharmacy operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency by overseeing workflow and accurate medication dispensing. You will lead pharmacy staff, developing their skills through mentorship and effective scheduling. Key tasks include managing medication inventory to prevent shortages, providing expert clinical advice on medication use, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Your role will also involve implementing quality assurance programs, managing financial budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while driving strategic operational improvements.
