Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate with departments for follow-ups
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Assist with tasks assigned by your manager
Remuneration: PKR 30,00 – 35,00/month
Benefits: Medical coverage, 10 sick, 10 casual, and 7 annual leaves after one year.

Requirements
