Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the kiln production process, specifically for toilets and wash basins.
- Train staff for quality production and safety.
- Resolve kiln process defects and improve performance.
- Ensure effective communication in personnel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in sanitary ceramics management.
- Familiarity with natural gas shuttle kilns is a plus.
- Chinese and English proficiency preferred.
