Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon-Fri)
Join our team at SQUAD INTERNATIONAL as a Customer Service Representative for the DME Campaign. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, provide information on durable medical equipment, and support the sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience (DME experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English/Urdu with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
