Job Description
P-Tech, a Business Process Outsourcing company founded in 2022 and located in Rawalpindi, is looking for a dedicated Fresh Call Center Agent. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and enhance the customer experience. You’ll interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about products and services while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for those with experience in customer service.
