Job Description
Eurosoft Tech Private Limited is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our team. This full-time, remote role involves technical troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and assisting customers primarily in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia via calls and emails.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software faults, collaborating with the Product Development team, and training customers on software installations. Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science and possess strong English communication skills. Prior technical support experience and knowledge of VoIP are desirable.
Compensation ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, with benefits.
