Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is currently hiring both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents for our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you’ll handle 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings:
- 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English skills, Windows 10 laptop, high-quality headset, and reliable internet (min 15 Mbps).
