Position: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in hospitality as a Guest Relations Officer, Host/Hostess, or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in reservations software and POS systems

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
