Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Your duties include coordinating with airlines on flight bookings, providing shipment updates, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. A thorough understanding of our services will enable you to assist customers effectively and provide feedback to improve our processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain/Marketing. Fresh to 6 months of experience is preferred.
