Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a call center hiring background to join our dynamic team at GenoZone International. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and recruiting top talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and analyze metrics.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months in HR recruitment, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with recruitment tools.
Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 1 AM
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal 13A, Karachi
Job Types: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
