Job Description
In this role, you will analyze system and network logs to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities include resolving assigned tickets promptly and maintaining spare parts inventory, as well as providing remote support to users.
You will collaborate with L2 and L3 support teams to troubleshoot system and network issues at customer sites. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant field experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
