Job Description
Liberty Books is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainee Retail Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or O/A Level background and at least 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include training and mentoring sales staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining store conditions, and proposing innovative strategies to enhance market share. Additionally, handling customer and employee issues with professionalism is vital.

Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
